"My goal is to work with my patients in improving their health."
Christina Glorighian, DNP
Christina Glorighian is one of Chelmsford Family Practices nurse practitioners. One role of the nurse practitioner is to educate patients and help them understand and manage their own treatment; a second role is to diagnose and treat more common illnesses.
Much like a doctor, nurse practitioners are licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to prescribe medications and order necessary medical tests.
Christina is very focused on furthering her knowledge in primary care to better treat and care for her patients. She prescribes medications and other treatment. She can help patients manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, and injuries. She enjoys to help manage patients overall care and to work with her patients in finding the best treatment plan for their health problem.
Christina has worked in various health care settings throughout her nursing career including acute care, short-term, long-term, and hospice settings. Prior to working at CFP, she worked in the urgent care setting as a nurse practitioner and gained experience helping patients with various acute issues.
