Monday 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM & 1:00 PM - 4:45 PM

Tuesday 7:30 AM - 11: 45 AM & 1:00 PM - 5:15 PM

Wednesday 7:30 AM - 11: 45 AM & 1:00 PM - 5:15 PM

Thursday 7:30 AM - 11: 45 AM & 1:00 PM - 5:15 PM

Friday 7:30 AM - 11: 45 AM & 1:00 PM - 5:15 PM

Please Schedule Ahead

Routine visits are scheduled in advance. It is advised that all physicals for annual exams, school and sports be scheduled several months ahead of time as these appointments fill up quickly.

If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it is likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment.

If you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

The charge for a no-show appointment is $25.00.

Emergencies

On evenings, weekends and major holidays, we have a physician on call for emergencies. When you call the office, an answering service representative will page the physician. If you have an anonymous call blocking device on your phone, you must remove it in order for the physician to call you.
